The majority of our deliveries are made via CourierPost’s premium nationwide overnight courier service, from just $5.80 per order.
There is no extra charge for combining purchases made from multiple listings (when purchased within 1 hour of original purchase). We expect you to pay the shipping charges on the listing with the highest applicable fee. This provides outstanding value for customers who wish to purchase from multiple listings.
Courier deliveries are made using CourierPost’s unsigned service. Where the item price of the order exceeds $50 we will automatically upgrade this to a signed courier delivery at no extra cost.
To ensure a speedy delivery, please use the CourierPost Address Checker to verify your delivery address prior to purchase.
We only ship to New Zealand destinations, and may substitute any other carrier at our discretion. We may also substitute an economy service (i.e. 2-3 days delivery) for North Island customers (e.g. where multiple or heavy items have been purchased and do not fit within a courier satchel).
When Will I Receive my Order?
After you place your order, we need to confirm payment and delivery details. This may take up to 1-2 business days. Following courier pick-up, you will receive a confirmation email which will include tracking details. The target delivery date (exception is for economy items referred to in the previous section) is generally the next business day after pick-up.
Please note these are target delivery dates only and not guaranteed as many factors can impact upon delivery time. Although the majority of purchases are delivered within 1 – 2 business days after payment, please allow 5 business days from dispatch for delivery of your items.
